Last month, the Saint Francis – Manchester residents and staff participated in a fun and exciting Spirit Week! Each day had its own unique theme, and Twin Day had everyone seeing double!

In 2010, Saint Francis – Manchester’s Cran Residence Hall was dedicated to former Executive Director, David Cran, who served in the position from 1994-2010. The residence hall was the newest addition at the time and added 28 new rooms for residents. As of today, Saint Francis’ latest residential expansion continues to uphold the mission of serving low-income seniors with limited financial means.

This week, the Saint Francis - Manchester Veterans were invited to a Veterans Day celebration hosted by Genworth Financial. This amazing event was a special opportunity, and Saint Francis is very grateful to have been part!

Earlier this month, the residents of Saint Francis gazed upon an array of native reptiles and amphibians at the Rockwood Nature Center.

In 2005 Saint Francis – Manchester expanded a third time! The opening of Sullivan Place welcomed the addition of 37 rooms available to seniors with limited financial means. Alongside rooms, this expansion also included a multipurpose room that, today, hosts anything from meals to magic shows.

St. Francis – Manchester is looking for a volunteer van driver to help take our residents on fun and meaningful outings! If you have a valid driver's license, a clean background check, and experience driving vans or buses, we’d love to hear from you. Our van holds up to 10 passengers, and all trips are scheduled with several weeks’ notice. This is a great opportunity to make connections and be part of a caring community!
