Coach Steph here and you've probably heard me talk a little about blood flow, nitric oxide production and a new supplement that I've added to my personal regimen for the past 6 months! The benefits I've experienced are pretty phenomenal with less fatigue and increased energy and mental clarity. Now, I'm ready to share the experience with you with a fun challenge just in time for spring!
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what actually moves the needle when it comes to health. After decades in the fitness space, here’s what I’ve learned: Most people don’t have a complicated health problem. They have inconsistent basics.
