Here's my hydration lineup today! 40oz water, 20 oz Vinia Blood Flow Hydration (fruit punch today), 20 oz water and protein shake, 16 oz water, 16 oz water and 16 oz Vinia Black Tea that I'm currently enjoying! 😋 128 oz of hydration! Plus, I've walked 12,000 steps already and been working outside on a project for the past 5 hours! 🔨 🪏🪛🪚 Staying hydrated and active feels SO good! 🤩

Y'ALL! This farm girl is whipped! 😜 This afternoon I set a goal to finish 2 sides of digging, securing, stapling in and burying the hardware cloth around the bottom of my chicken enclosure. You dig down and out a foot and bury the wire to keep predators from digging in and getting to the chickens. 🐔 🐥 🐤 🐣 LET ME TELL YOU, shoveling for hours is one heckofa workout and takes a lot of core strength! It took me a little over 4 hours with one break in the middle for fuel (food)! I burned over 1200 calories and stayed hydrated with water and my Vinia Hydration! I really love that stuff, it kept me going all afternoon, it seriously gives me an extra boost when I need it. 💦👍

🐎 Little Red was my supervisor and he "helped" me move the shovel, rake, tape measure and even had the nerve to take a nap while I worked. Can't get good help these days. 😂

Coach Steph here and you've probably heard me talk a little about blood flow, nitric oxide production and a new supplement that I've added to my personal regimen for the past 6 months! The benefits I've experienced are pretty phenomenal with less fatigue and increased energy and mental clarity. Fat = Olives 🫒
Carbohydrates = greens & veggies 🥬🫑🥒🍅

You can swap out any lean protein, so feel free to use chicken, turkey, steak etc if you're not into tuna! 😉
