Hello all, We are looking forward to several great events in the near future. We will be contributing to the MCHENRY JUNIOR Warrior Cheer and Dance food drive. You can donate at the studio during class times, Sunday, and until Tuesday night when I will bring them to the church where we practice. Join us for a special yoga experience honoring Dia de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) ; a sacred celebration of remembrance, connection, and the beauty of life.

🔥 8:30 AM Hot Mindful Flow; A gently heated practice designed to move energy through the body, open the heart, and connect you to the rhythm of life. Through breath and movement, we will explore themes of remembrance, gratitude, and renewal.

9:45 AM Stretch & Release:
Same theme 1/2 class stretch & Release followed by yoga Nidra

Bring a photo, token, or small offering to place on our shared altar in remembrance of those who have passed if you wish

We are Nurture Yoga & Massage; your preferred destination for Yoga and Body work located at 10327 Main Street, 2nd Floor at the heart of downtown Richmond, IL serving McHenry County, Southern Wisconsin and Lake County, IL.

We offer you a unique experience and practice you cannot find anywhere else. We are authentic yoga and our teachers , students and community are committed and connected, practicing and instructing with an all true heart.

We have an established weekday and weekend Hot Yoga Classes with Certified Hot Yoga Instructors who specialize in fitness and Vinyasa style yoga, Gentle Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga and Yin yoga.
