Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Dietetic Internship Welcome to the official page of the the VCU Health (Virginia Commonwealth University Health System) Dietetic Internship.

Founded in 1929, the VCU Health System Dietetic Internship (formerly the Medical College of Virginia Dietetic Internship) is a 9 month accredited internship program through VCU Health System, an 865 bed academic medical center in Richmond, Virginia. This internship is a 9 month supervised practice program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The program provides MNT, Community Leadership, and Sports Nutrition concentrations through VCU Medical Center, an 865 bed, city center academic medical center in downtown Richmond, Virginia. Please refer to our website for more information about the program’s specifics. The purpose of this page is to share photos and activities of our talented current interns and alumni so that others can learn more about what makes this program unique.

The seniors have been hard at work in post-foundation clinical rotations!
