Thanks for the shout out from a Legend!!

Had my first colonoscopy yesterday and the procedure was easy! I like most men had reservations about getting this done and finally did it. But I must say that the freaking out over it and stressing took more time than the actual procedure. I was in and outta there in 30mins! Shout to Dr. Gentry & the whole staff for taking care of me. Men? Do yourself a favor and get checked out! The peace of mind of knowing that Im healthy and dont have to go back for 5 years is priceless! Black Men? Go To THE DOCTOR! I cant stress that enuf!
