Illume Integration and Wellness is proud to be the first to offer Crossinology Brain Integration to Cache Valley. Brain integration addresses learning disabilities such as ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia and also some types of autism. The process is completed in 8-12 hours with no follow-up appointment required. Brain integration also addresses mental disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and communicative disorders. Brain integration uses a combination of methods to achieve a properly functioning brain. Applied kinesiology, acupressure, emotional clearing, mudras, frontal occipital hold. Brain integration can improve reading comprehension, memory and concentration, learning and retention of spelling skills, understanding mathematical concepts, physical coordination and balance, improved creativity, greater learning ability, and better relationships.

Interesting article about possible onsets of anxiety, PTSD, and depression:

“Anxiety may be due to chronic activation of the fight or flight system. PTSD may occur when trauma triggers the freeze response which helps animals disconnect from pain before they die, and depression may be a chronic activation of that same freeze response.”

What if mental disorders like anxiety, depression or post-traumatic stress disorder aren’t mental disorders at all?
