Fellow estheticians and spa owners, I strongly advise against ordering from .usa. Since purchasing our machine, it has been faulty, and we’ve had significant difficulty getting proper support or clear answers. On top of that, we were asked to pay out of pocket to ship the machine back for repairs.
We’ve lost time and money dealing with this hydro machine. Thankfully we have a backup, but several other estheticians have reached out with similar experiences. When support is needed, communication often stops.
This post is a last resort to bring attention to ongoing issues and seek accountability. For a machine that costs around $5,000, these problems are unacceptable.
