We are excited to announce that next week, from February 3rd - 5th, Richmond Residential's CEO Cindy Minto and Director of Quality Assurance, Jocellyn Perry, will be speaking at Therap's 2026 National Conference in Ontario, California!

At this conference, Cindy and Jocellyn will discuss the impact and growth that Richmond Residential has seen by using Therap's 'About Me' videos.

We love to celebrate and recognize hard work at RRSI!

Every few months we like to nominate the top employee's from each position and nominate them for our quarterly awards. This is our time to recognize and celebrate the amazing work they have been doing at Richmond Residential.

Next month we will be hosting our Annual Awards where all of the previous winners will come together and one from each position will be picked to be employee of the year!

Through the HUD-VASH program, we here at Richmond Residential are honored to partner with Virginia Housing and the McGuire VA Medical Center to support veterans facing housing instability. From securing vouchers to walking alongside veterans after move-in, we’re helping open doors to independence and belonging.

Celebrating Independence & Self-Advocacy

Jay’s car represents so much more than transportation, it represents independence, choice, and self-advocacy. For many years, Jay’s car helped him live life on his own terms. It got him to and from work before he retired, to his favorite Chinese restaurant, and to countless baseball games at The Diamond. While Jay is driving less these days, we still want to celebrate what this milestone means and the journey it represents. Through our Supported Living program, Jay has been empowered to make decisions about his own life, with DSPs providing the right support at the right time, from helping schedule routine maintenance to replacing windshield wipers and ensuring his car stayed safe and reliable.

This is what support looks like: honoring independence, encouraging self-advocacy, and walking alongside someone as they live the life they choose. We’re proud of Jay and grateful for the DSPs who continue to support him in meaningful, practical ways every day. This is making a place called home.

We appreciate our employee's at Richmond Residential!

At the beginning of each month our employee's from the administrative office pull out a few select names of individuals that have gone above and beyond while fulfilling their duties at RRSI. These individuals are selected to win a RESI award and are issued a gift card from Tango that comes in varying amounts! Along with the employee appreciation events we hold and the fun celebrations we have for our individuals, RESI awards are our way of showing our employee's that we care!
