Breanne (pronounced Bre-in) Armbrust is an 800 hour certified yoga therapist with a wide array of professional experience, including financial education and leadership development. She is a community organizer and activist and has served in executive leadership roles for more than 20 years. Breanne’s yoga certifications include a number of speciality areas focused on creating access. As a person living with disabilities, Breanne knows that it is imperative that all offerings are accessible. Her certifications include Adaptive Yoga, Yoga for Amputees, Yoga Therapy for Cancer and Chronic Illness Level 1 (YCAT), and Yoga for Mental Health. She is a grief and death doula, assisting individuals and groups through some of the most impactful moments in life. Breanne helps clients reach their goals and dreams by incorporating yoga poses/stretches, breathing practices, deep relaxation, meditation, and spiritual inquiry.

This is a great yoga therapy series for anyone, but especially if you’re experiencing grief, stress, anxiety, challenges with relationships with others, and chronic illness.
This offering is for small group yoga therapy for 3-8 clients. At each session you’ll receive an offering of practices that you can incorporate to your daily life. Meet for six consecutive Saturdays from 10:30-11:45a.
