We welcome adults and children of all ages and are well equipped to provide comprehensive examinations and treatment of the ears, nose and throat. We are a nationally recognized research center for minimally invasive sinus treatments including Balloon Sinuplasty and the first medical office in Richmond to provide same day, low radiation CT scans of the sinuses. I had an excellent experience with Jonathan Pender, NP at Richmond ENT. From the moment I arrived, the entire visit was handled with professionalism and care. Mr. Pender took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly during my evaluation, and made sure I understood the treatment options. What stood out most was his patience and attention to detail. He never made the appointment feel rushed and answered all of my questions thoroughly. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best outcome for them.I highly recommend Jonathan Pender if you’re looking for an ENT specialist who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. This kind of patient care is what makes me feel so comfortable and ready for my procedure this summer! SO thankful.
