If you’re looking for an Ears, Nose, & Throat doctor, you’ve found the right place! I’ve been seeing Dr. Robert Thomas and he has been great. Has always been professional and answered all of my questions.I first made an appointment for a persistent sore throat. After Dr. Thomas looked at my throat through my nose, he knew it was LPR (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux) from inflammation of my voice box. He started me on a prescription for reflux and when I came back 1 month later, it was healed! Then we turned our attention to my sinuses. I’ve been battling allergies for over 10 years. We did a blood allergy test and found out I’m 1 of 6 allergic to cockroaches and 2 of 6 allergic to dust mites. This led to the conclusion the anatomy of my nose is the issue causing multiple sinus infection, sinus pressure, and drainage. From looking in my nose, my septum deviated two-ways and 1 of my turbinates was enlarged. We then scheduled surgery for a Septoplasty and Turbinate Reduction. I had surgery on 12/4/25 and after getting my splints removed 1 week post-surgery, I’m breathing so much better!Another provider at this practice, Amy Meadors, has been very instrumental in my healing process from surgery. She has been available to answer questions and has treated me with respect and professionalism. She has been great to work with throughout this entire process!Overall, Richmond ENT has treated me very well, answered all of my questions, and has been supportive through everything!
