Charles’s Story of Recovery

In 1983, Charles’s life in Norfolk took a dark turn when he first tried “freebase.”
Years later, True Recovery RVA helped him see he didn’t have to live that way anymore.

With support and purpose, he turned his life around — now owning C Snipes Mobile Car Wash and Detailing and rebuilding his family connections.

True Recovery RVA: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all — and at True Recovery RVA, our ASAM 2.5 Partial Hospitalization Program bridges the gap between inpatient and outpatient care.

Our PHP provides structured, compassionate support for adults facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, helping clients build stability and confidence in recovery.

📍 Location: 9003 Quioccasin Road, Henrico, VA
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM
💬 Group Sessions: 5 days a week, 20+ hours total

Our approach is grounded in the ASAM Criteria and Recovery Oriented Systems of Care, offering:
