Precision in every stitch 🧵✨

Inside our Embroidery Department at HandCraft, our multi-head Tajima machines are hard at work customizing scrubs and lab coats for hospitals and non-acute facilities. Each machine can embroider multiple garments at once, stitching thousands of precise stitches per minute with computer-guided accuracy.

The result? Clean, consistent logos and names completed quickly and efficiently so our healthcare partners look professional and polished every day. 💙

We were proud to host the UNC Nash team for a tour of our Wilson facility. From the soil side through every stage of processing, our Production Manager, Rob, walked the group through our full workflow and quality standards, offering a firsthand look at how linen moves through our system. The visit wrapped up with lunch and a great Q&A discussion to recap key takeaways.
