Collard Greens are always a part of family holiday dinners and family gatherings. Research have shown collard greens are good for inflammation and bones and many other vitamins. Of course if you are adding other ingredients it defeats the nutritional values. You can eat them anytime as a leafy green vegetable!

Leanne and I started to do a trail walk 4 years ago after Thanksgiving to help burn off some calories walking on the Monticello Trail in Charlottesville, VA. It is a up the side of a mountain and of course coming down for 5 miles total. I thank God to be able to enjoy the nature He created.
