A truly good massage usually means:
• you’re not rushed checking in
• the space feels calm, not chaotic
• you get a few quiet minutes on the table before it starts
• afterward, no one is hovering or subtly pushing you out the door
• you have time to let your nervous system land before re-entering the world

When places rush you in, rush the therapist, and rush you out, even a technically “good” massage can feel… unfinished. Like your body relaxed but your brain never got the memo.
