A few weeks back I had a heart attack that led to an SCA. Part of the reason is the pressure I've been under. I created a GoFundMe page to pay off some medical bills and pay my mortgage. That told me how few people cared but not because of the money sent. That said I'll always be eternally grateful for the monetary and emotional support I got from real friends.
On top of all this, I now have to sue Swim RVA, a Liberal Nonprofit. We have a legally binding contract for them to buy over $12,000 of AED's and safety equipment. In 18 years, I've only sued 2, both Liberal nonprofits. My attorney retired and I need a new one. I want a mean SOB. Suggestions welcome.

Ignorance is not bliss. CPR save lives, but First Aid teaches you tell-tel signs of life-threatening conditions before they happen, before you need CPR. Get trained NOW, if not from me, from a seasoned professional. 100% online classes are not training. And is not recognized by VA Dept of Health. "SCA claims more lives each year than colorectal cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, pneumonia, car crashes, the flu, HIV and house fires combined, according to the American Heart Association. "

I'm thinking of Tom Cooke today. He was an loyal friend, a good diver, loved the once great Richmond dive club, and excellent photographer. He died way too early and for preventable reasons. High BP not controlled, and did not know the signs and symptoms of a stroke.

This is clearly an extreme reaction. With anaphylactic shock your BP drops, pushing your heart into over drive trying to feed your vital organs with blood that is not available. If you have an EpiPen pin keep it with you. If you have not taken a First Aid and CPR AED class in 2 years, do it now. The life you save may be or own or your best friend!

United Network for Organ Sharing is extremely WOKE and a fake non-profit.. Upper management makes 6 to 7 figures. It was boosting that they helped over 30,000 African American women get kidney transplants. Black women account for less than 7% of our population. Take out the under 25 and over 65 who do not have that disease or do not qualify and realize how few have end-stage kidney disease and qualify. They helped get Black women kidneys based on being black females; while White and Asian women were discriminated against. Not only is this unethical it's against the law. I sent this info to our AG and AG, Pam Bondi.

I have great respect for the client I sent this to. They only want to provide safety training for superintendents.
I do wish they would reconsider
To the CEO and CFO; " OSHA guideline; a minimum of 1 person per shift, needs an up-to-date certification in CPR and First aid. Keep in mind, if there is one superintendent and 5 people, and that person who needs CPR or First aid is the superintendent, there will be no one quantified to render care. There is a good chance that this safety training will be used outside of a work environment. This is why companies chose to train all or most of their employees.
In the past, we have sold you OSHA compliant First Aid kits. They are out of date by now. We buy the kits just above wholesale. Please let us know if you need any for your teams.

Just heard of a man-made Miracle on the news...... A Vet in Daytona Beach went into (SCA) Sudan Cardiac Arrest. He was technically DEAD for 45+ minutes. He is in stable condition now and neurologically intact, he will walk out of the hospital. HOW did this Miracle happen??? CPR with breaths kept his brain from dying, and shocking of his heart brought him back to the living. ... You can be trained to save someones life and be a Miracle maker too. If it's been 2 year or more get trained. If not by Life Saver Training and Products 804-339-9720 then by a professional CPR/ AED and First Aid trainer. What are you waiting for?????
