Insurance often pays clinics per visit. That can push clinics to move people through quickly, even when more time would help uncover what’s really driving the problem.

That doesn’t mean people don’t care. It just means time can get limited.

In this video, I miss twice before making it on the 3rd try.

That is how real healing works.
Most people try something once.

Maybe twice.

When it does not work immediately, they assume nothing will.

Pain does not leave just because you want it to.

It leaves when you address what is actually causing it.

👉🏼 Sometimes it takes releasing the right tissue.
👉🏼 Sometimes it takes building strength where your body has been weak for years.

The win is not the first throw.

The win is staying in the game long enough to figure out the right angle.

Pain doesn’t stop just because you want it to!

Most people think pain works like a yield sign.
You see it.
You slow down a little.
Then you roll right through it and keep going.

But pain doesn’t respond to hope.

Pain responds to time and load.

If the problem underneath doesn’t change, pain doesn’t politely wait.
It adapts.
It spreads.
It finds a way to make you listen.

I see this every day.

People tell me,
“I knew something was wrong, but I thought I could manage it.”
“I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it.”
“I figured I’d deal with it later.”

Later is usually when pain knocks you down.

Not because you’re weak.
Not because you did something wrong.
But because pain is patient, and your body keeps the score.

This is your reminder:

Don’t wait until pain takes you out of the game.
Don’t wait until it limits your work, your sleep, your workouts, or your mood.
Don’t wait until the only options left feel extreme.

Pain is easier to stop early.
It’s harder to stop once it’s been ignored.

Snow is temporary.
Pain is supposed to be!

Most people push through pain the same way they push through winter. They just try to survive it and hope it melts on its own.

Pain does not work that way!
