Stretch it.
Rest it.
Ice it.
Get some relief.

And for a little while… it works.

But then it comes back.

So you do it again.
And again.
And again.

Months turn into years.

Different joints start to hurt.
You try more things.
You spend more time.
You spend more money.

And it still doesn’t last.

That’s the part no one explains.

Relief is not the same as fixing the problem.

I’m not against any of those things.
They all have their place.

But if that’s the whole plan…
you stay stuck in the loop.
