Just a therapist trying to create the soft space I needed when my world came crashing down.

My business is a space filled with so much intention inside and outside of the therapy room.

I’m grateful that I get to show up to my calling every time I login for “work”.

It ain’t easy and sometimes I want to break with my clients, but deep down, I know that’s what keeps them coming. I value not being a robot. I value seeing them BEYOND their capes and their masks! I value being able to say the scary things that they’ve been thinking for so long. I value being able to sit in it, normalize it, hold space for it, and MOVE THROUTH IT!

And contrary to the “rules”, I LOVE EVERY CONCRETE ROSE THAT COMES THROUGH MY HOLDING SPACE! 🌹🥹🫶🏾

✨ Cheers to another lap around the sun 🫶🏾🎉 happy birthday to me!!! I am beyond grateful for the ways God has blessed me FAR past my expectations 🙏🏾. Thank you to every client, referral source, student, family member & friend who makes up the Concrete Roses family 🌹.

Concrete Roses will be closed until Sept 29th while I rest, reflect, and recharge. Thank you for all the love & support—can’t wait to come back even stronger! 💪🏾🌹✨

Thank you to John Marshall High School for allowing Concrete Roses to support as a community partner for their back to school event 🌹. We truly enjoyed meeting each student/family that came to our table. We pray each student has a successful school year ahead! Let’s swap the heavy for the healthy and start this school year off right !
