Our Mardi Gras celebration was a huge success, thanks in part to our outstanding dining staff, who crafted a king's cake containing a hidden baby Jesus. We designed our own masks and waited anxiously to see who would find the baby Jesus in the tasty cake. Upon discovery, we explained the tradition signified fertility and gifted the finder a baby doll.
