What a beautiful day it was for our Spring Pack the Track! Employees logged over 72 miles on EKU's track. 🀩 Our top walker was Amelia Krebs who logged 4 miles! πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ

The sun was out, the wind was blowing, and the legs were moving. Some sunshine and exercise are key ingredients to a productive day and fuel for energy levels. πŸ•Ί

Walk about Wednesdays are back! The weather is getting warmer and we are back to taking our weekly walk. We hope you can join us this coming Wednesday at 12:15. We meet at the Daniel Boone statue outside of KJ and spend about 40 minutes walking and catching up with our peers! Hope to see you there!

Today's weather, for walkabout, was just what the doctor had ordered! The sun was shining and the birds were chirping. We passed a goose basking in the sun, a squirrel bouncing across the ravine, and President McFadden out for a walk, as well. πŸ‘Ÿ

We hope that everyone was able to get their midday walkabout in. If you haven't got some steps in yet, the day is still young. Lace up those shoes, grab a colleague, and fuel yourself with a refreshing outdoor walk! 😎

February's step challenge showed an overall rise in steps compared to January. Our top finisher averaged over 26,000 steps per day! 🀩 January saw an average daily step count of 5328. In February, we rose to 5523! Although it's progress, let's really rise to the challenge and keep breaking our previous month's total. πŸ’ͺ
