Everyone has different tolerance levels for unhealthy air. My tolerance is pretty low and my lungs and throat have been irritated on and off this past week. Herbs I’ve found helpful are mullein, comfrey (from the garden), marshmallow, and licorice. If you don’t have access to fresh or a bulk herbs, I’ve also found these Yogi teas to be helpful. I often use them in combination.
