In the early 1990’s, David Goodson recognized the need to give residents a choice by offering the benefits of personal one-on-one attention for their rehabilitation and therapy needs. He envisioned a facility that was independent of the larger hospitals. Whitewater Valley Rehabilitation was born out of this vision: Local professionals working side-by-side with industries and individuals to bring high quality therapy and fitness facilities close to home. What began with one physical therapist has grown to include a multitude of professionals with the knowledge and skills to offer the personal one-on-one attention upon which our organization was founded. Physicians and industries in the area who also recognized the benefits to be gained, encouraged the founder of Whitewater Valley Rehabilitation to begin this facility. We acknowledge the physicians and patients who by word, or by example are referring our services to other individuals and businesses in the Whitewater Valley. In an effort to meet the needs of our growing, diversified population we have expanded hours of operation to accommodate employers, employees and our school aged youth. We are also making every effort to work with insurance companies to obtain the financial benefits to which our patients are entitled.
