Please welcome Dr. Sydney Workman, PT, DPT to Formation!

Sydney provides thoughtful, individualized care to help you move better and feel confident in your body—whether that’s rehab, training, or both. Starting in February, she’ll also be offering pelvic floor physical therapy, expanding how we support our clients at every stage.

Fun facts: When not at Formation, Sydney can be found at barre, hot yoga, spending time with her pup Oakley, and exploring new restaurants.
