This year to give back to the community we are hosting a Wildlife Angel Tree. These are the real animals that I volunteer with every week! There will be tags at B1 and B2! Here's how it works:
Maleena’s Wildlife Rescue Wild Angel Tree
 Pick a tag: The animal shown on the card is who you’re shopping for (raccoon, opossum, squirrel, or mouse)
 Purchase gift(s): Choose which of the following options is best for you-
 Purchase at least one item from the list (the more the merrier). Return the gifts to the location you picked the tag from. Don’t forget to attach the tag or a note showing who the gift is for.
OR
 Scan the Amazon QR code to shop our wish list. All these items will be shipped directly to us. When checking out, make sure to include a note letting us know which animal the gift(s) are for.
OR
 Scan the Venmo or PayPal QR code. Today we say goodbye to a person that made every child feel like they were special. From her time at Tuckaway-Harbor when it opened in 1984, to when she went to Tuckaway-Barony until her retirement just a few years ago, she always had a smile and a caring approach for anyone that came to Tuckaway.

"Miss Betty" passed away on November 6th at the age of 92. Her funeral service will be held at Woody Funeral Home at 1771 North Parham Road in the West End of Henrico County, today (Friday, November 21), at 1:00pm.

Betty will always have a place in the hearts of all that met her!

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Ms. Betty, a beloved member of the Tuckaway Family for over 30 years. Ms. Betty touched countless lives with her kindness, patience, and joy. Generations of children learned, laughed, and grew under her care-her impact will be felt for years to come. Our hearts are with her family, friends, and all who loved her. She will be forever part of the Tuckaway story.

The Green Birds book of the day was the Very Hungry Caterpillar!! They all loved this story, then they got to play in the Very Hungry Caterpillar sensory bin with beads and food to feed the Caterpillar.🐛🍎🧀🍅
