We strive for perfection and when it doesn’t happen we give up.

Whatever we placed value on is no longer important because it can’t be done the “right way”

But it’s still valuable. And you should do it.

Remember the math - 1 to 2…2 to 3. Set the floor and stick to the things you said you would do 💪🏻

I’ve been overweight.

I’ve been underweight.

I’ve had poor blood scores.

I’ve had amazing blood scores.

Know what’s it’s all taught me? Your health is an ever shifting target. You can hit that target today and then miss it in six months.

You have to keep working.

A useful strategy for me has always been to zoom out. Zoom out to focus on the bigger picture. What my health can do for me.

I hope in 2026 you can do the same.
