The esthetic benefit of jaw surgery! (6 weeks after surgery) This patient originally presented for a possible augmentation to her cheeks. After proper evaluation and discussion with the patient, she had agreed to upper jaw advancement surgery with Dr Hawkins. This surgery not only provides esthetic benefit but also a functional benefit to improve her bite and smile (swipe over). She’s such an amazing patient!
