Seeking talent for “The Thin Place” Liberty University feature - Lynchburg VA - NU - March/April

Here is what we know/need:

This is a Nonunion project filming in Lynchburg, VA. The date range is March 31 - April 24 (Exact dates by role are not known at this time but will be coordinated with talent of interest!)

Project Title: The Thin Place

Synopsis: A disillusioned hedge fund manager retreats to a remote cabin in a world where the

veil between heaven and earth grows thin, and there he encounters a mysterious

family who guide him through a spiritual awakening. The Thin Place is a spiritually charged allegorical drama about a place where heaven feels close, and God’s presence becomes unmistakable.

Rate: $225 per talent per day - paid directly by client. You MUST specify your location in your audition submission.

Roles:

1. Dan - Male, Age 25-35. Any ethnicity. Physical: Average, fit. Character: Jaded, defensive, and critical. (Rate & travel negotiable)



2. Alethia - Female, Age 25-35. Any ethnicity. Physical: Striking. Character: Honest, discerning, playful. (Rate & travel negotiable)



3. Chris - Male, Age 30-35. Ethnicity: Hispanic, Middle-Eastern, Mediterranean. Physical: Olive-color complexion, Longish hair, beard. Character: Exacting, stoic, loves metaphors.



4. Alden - Male, Age 55-70. Any ethnicity. Physical: Weathered, beard, warm twinkling eyes. Character: Charismatic, jovial, wise, calming.



5. Callum - Male, Age 25-40 Any ethnicity. Physical: Chiseled, strong, tall, majestic. Character: Confident, persuasive, brotherly, caring.

Seeking Talent for Music Video shoot - NU - March 16 - 18 - Multiple locations in VA

Greetings everyone! NEW ROLE ADDED!

Here is what we know/need:

Seeking talent for upcoming music video production as follows:

Shoot Dates: Monday, March 16 through Wednesday, March 18 (at this point, please only submit if you could make all days. The production will ultimately decide who is needed when/where.)

Locations: Lorton, Farmville, Hopewell, Ashland, and Buckingham, VA (we will be moving between locations). Must have own transportation. Client is willing to negotiate travel.

Talent Needed (All rates are less our fees):

Doctor Role – $500/day - Anticipated to be in 1 scene on 1 day

SEEKING TALENT FOR SPEC COMMERCIAL PROJECT - NU - RICHMOND VA - 3/28 OR 3/29

Greetings everyone! NEW PROJECT SPECS!

We are working with VCU Brand Center on some Spec Commercials for Masterclass. This is an award winning team and some of their accolades include: Spotify spot we recently did received a Communication Arts Award, and our U-Haul spot received an Applied Arts Young Blood Award. Top 20 Ads of 2025, Agency SOS.

Here are the details of our upcoming project needs:

Location: Richmond VA

Date - 1 day shoot

- MasterClass: March 28 OR 29 (Must be available for both days but will only play 1 day TBD)

Usage: Spec commercial only. If this is used for any other purpose, further negotiation and compensation to the talent will be implemented.

Rate: $500 per talent per day - paid directly by client at end of shoot date. No other compensation/stipend is being offered.

SELF TAPE WORKSHOP VIA ZOOM - March 2026 - PLUS 1ST TAPING GUIDANCE!

Hello everyone!! Here is your opportunity to learn tips and tricks for submitting self tapes in this upcoming workshop!

Nailing the Self Tape Submission

Have you been to countless auditions and having difficulty landing the job? Or are you a beginner and you're really not sure what to expect? This workshop will discuss the dos and don'ts of auditions and how to make the best possible impression! PLUS a bonus individual review/consultation of one self tape included with this session (15 minute individual session). These bonus sessions will be scheduled at a convenient time for all parties after the workshop.

Maybe you always land the comedy roles, or you're thinking "Please be a non-speaking" audition. We've got the remedies for that as well. Techniques to help you surpass your fears and turn your nervousness into an amazing audition.

How do you leave an impression, but without being too much? What are they really looking for? All of these questions will be answered and more!

This workshop is offered on 2 dates below and will be conducted via ZOOM. Cost is $249 per person and is nonrefundable.

Saturday, March 7 from 8 am to 10 am

Monday, March 9 from 6pm to 8 pm

Liquid Casting Directors will share their insights and experiences from TV, film, and broadcast projects with a specific focus on self-tape submissions.
