When you have learned how to integrate your diaphragm into the work of the core you will literally be able to shift the pressure in your core to correct imbalances. "Ahhhhhhh" (exhalation), "Shhhhhhh" (inhalation). Find this before all of your core work in whatever you're doing. This is the foundation. From the inside expand outward. Doesn't matter what activity you are doing. Start there. Be patient and take the time to go inward. Close your eyes. Happy Practice. When you learn to move in this way it brings relief. You gain, not exert. You are literally Inspired.
