📣 We're Hiring! | CSAC – Case Manager (Telehealth IOP)
UCASS, Inc. is looking for a fully credentialed Virginia CSAC to join our virtual Intensive Outpatient team!
🖥️ 100% Remote | Part-Time/Contract | Flexible Schedule
What you'll do: Case management for an IOP caseload, care coordination, ASAM-compliant documentation, and group facilitation — all via telehealth.
What you need: Active Virginia CSAC in good standing (CSAC-A does not meet this requirement), IOP/outpatient SUD experience, and a HIPAA-compliant home workspace.
Bonus points for: QMHP-A or QMHP-C, Medicaid/DMAS experience, or bilingual English/Spanish.
We offer flexible scheduling, a mission-driven team, and access to continuing education through Millennium Training (NAADAC Provider #347614).

Non-profit Community Access Food Bank: Nourishing Our Community with Care

At CASS, we are committed to supporting our community in every way we can. Our food bank is one of the many ways we give back, providing essential nourishment to those in need. We are proud to offer this service to both our clients and the broader community, ensuring that everyone has access to healthy and nutritious food.
Our food bank operates once a month for non-clients and twice a month for our clients. Thanks to the generosity of our partners—Whole Foods, WaWa, Chick-fil-A, McDonald’s, and Olive Garden—we are able to offer a variety of both prepared and non-prepared foods to those who need it most.
Located at 6501 Old Warwick Rd, Richmond, VA 23225, our facility is open for scheduled pick-ups. We will carefully assemble your food bags for you, ensuring that you receive a balanced selection of items. If transportation is a challenge, we may be able to arrange delivery under special circumstances to ensure you get the help you need.

Our work in addiction and mental health began when we reached out to individuals and their families and found that 90% of our clients were diagnosed with mental health as well as substance abuse issues. We decided to open a clinic that addresses a client's problems and how they impact the individual, their family, and the community. We are happy to say that now we have transitioned to a 100 % virtual company allowing us to offer you the assistance you need right from your home !

What makes our addiction treatment facility unique is that we address the illness by approaching it in a holistic way. This approach allows us to help clients overcome problems such as homelessness and unemployment while connecting them to community resources that can improve their lives.
