We are also excited to announce Dr. Greg’s transition to treating full time at GRIT starting this week! 🎉

We’ve had Greg part time for over a year with so much demand from our community for him to expand hours. We are grateful that time has come! 👏👏

Greg is an incredible clinician bringing years of orthopedic experience. He has special interest and expertise working with rotational athletes as well TMJ-D (jaw pain). ⚾️🏌🏼

Shoulder instability is a common diagnosis we see at GRIT.

The early rehab focuses on 3 things:

- Closed chain shoulder strengthening, focusing on keeping the joint centered
- Rotator cuff activation and strengthening
- Strengthening and neuro re education of muscles around the shoulder blade
