NEW THINGS COMING IN 2026!

PAWS of SWVA has been scheduling the spay/neuter van operated by the Bristol Humane Society Clinic (formerly Margaret B. Mitchell Clinic) from Wise County for many years! Beginning January 2026, we will not only be doing the scheduling but also the transporting! We had already begun transporting for Dickenson County in September and will be adding Wise and Lee Counties in January.

You will still see lots of familiar faces! Paula Coffey will schedule the Wise County Transport. Call her at 276.393.4930. There will be a single transport from Wise County (the Norton site) the first Tuesday of each month. Beverly Charron will schedule for Lee County the third Tuesday of each month from Pennington Gap. Text her at 276.345.1116. Debbie Dorsey is the coordinator for Dickenson County transporting the second Thursday of each month from Clintwood.
