The world recently lost perhaps the greatest coach of all time. I remember reading this book and its large influence for me choosing . After I heard of the passing Lou Holtz, I decided to reread his book (which I am continuing right now in this beautiful weather!) Although initially given to me (over 30 years ago) for a means to win academically, I am now interested in how it pertains to all my sports coaching. Players need to adopt a common goal, commit to their team and coaches, sacrifice with rigorous training, and find a way to win.

Here are just a few of the many Lou Holtz that I cherish:

☘️ “Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you respond to it”
☘️ “Do the right thing, do the best you can, and always show people you care”
☘️ “You don’t go to Notre Dame to learn something; you go to Notre Dame to be somebody”

Some important things about how I’ve done double incision top surgeries for over 15 years:
-I am a stickler for symmetry (just look at how even it is!)
-I never cross the middle
-Dog ears don’t happen
-I can personalize the incisional shape/pattern or ar**la size/shape to patient desires
-meticulous chest liposuction to create that natural contoured result
-you can start overhead range of motion and gentle activities right away (no T Rex arms here!)
-so much more!
