There’s a lot of conflicting information out there about facial lymphatic drainage, so we’re breaking it down. Technique matters. Pressure matters. Direction matters.

A few key takeaways:
• Open the lymph node drainage pathways first
• Start in the middle of the face and drain downward
• Use light, intentional pressure

We just restocked our favorite lymphatic brushes is using here- a great gift for yourself or a galentine! ❤️ They feel incredible on the skin and truly support healthy drainage and circulation when used properly. Even in this short clip, you can see the difference on the side she’s worked on! ✨

We’re so excited to welcome a new massage therapist to our team!

is a licensed massage therapist with a thoughtful, movement-informed approach to bodywork. He specializes in Swedish-style massage with smooth, flowing strokes and medium-to-firm pressure designed to support deep relaxation without force. 💆🏽

His philosophy is simple: rehabilitate & rejuvenate. He often incorporates hot stones and cupping to support circulation and recovery, and uses elbows and forearms with salve to create a grounding, restorative experience. His work is especially supportive for nervous-system regulation, gentle rehabilitation, and overall reset.

With a background in dance and a passion for movement, Hart feels deeply connected to athletes and dancers- especially those navigating overuse, injury, or the challenge of prioritizing self-care.

Outside the treatment room, you’ll find him running, hiking, biking, or weightlifting- giving him a firsthand understanding of how active bodies move, strain, and heal. We’re so excited to have Hart as a part of the Vitality team!
