Weigh Of Life

Weigh of Life promotes health through exercise and social support in Richmond and San Pablo. Classes at Nevin Community Center are 9 am tues, thurs, sat. thurs.

Schedule changes and events for participants in our weight management program featuring high impact aerobic classes: Zumba, Step-aerobics, and cardio kickboxing, plus nutrition classes will be listed on this page. Classes at the Veterans Hall are 9-10 and 6-7 every monday, wednesday and friday. and 6 pm tues. Classes at Shields Reid Center are 10 am & 6 pm MWF. Classes at Helms Middle School are 5 pm MWF. Join us!!
