Our Story
I've been a registered dietitian nutritionist for over 20 years and have helped hundreds of people become healthier. I created Advanced Nutrition Therapy in 2015. I was trained in typical western medicine fashion and practiced this for many years. It wasn't until I developed my own health problems that I became aware of a more holistic approach to diseases and conditions. The body and it's systems are all connected to one another and rather than providing a band- aid approach to health for chronic conditions, I now help people get to the root of their individual problem and use nutrients to solve those problems. Medications tend to help only with the symptoms and not the underlying cause.
I am very passionate about what I do and I have spent countless hours doing research and in obtaining more knowledge in the field of nutrition that I use in my practice.
