November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month and we want to encourage those men to speak up who are feeling down and out. We want to remind them that it’s okay to feel that way. But more so, it’s okay to speak up.

We want to encourage the others to check on your brothers, your fathers, and friends. Mental health in men is a serious matter and the reality of depression and su***de are rampant now in this modern world more than ever.

This month is a reminder that strength doesn’t always look like pushing through.
Sometimes it’s sitting still.
Sometimes it’s sweating it out.
Sometimes it’s stepping into the sauna, turning on the red light, turning off your phone, and just breathing.
