Our saunas use infrared light to heat the body directly, raising internal body temperature in order to trigger sweating and alleviate the body of chemicals, toxins, and fat. Unlike a traditional sauna that can only heat the external air around you, infrared penetrates the body. This allows for many more benefits, including detoxification, relief of joint and muscle pain, increased heart rate and weight loss, lowered blood pressure, improved circulation, improved skin appearance and a general heightened feeling of relaxation.
