What’s getting in your way of self care this week?

Mine is definitely a domino effect that I have been fighting for years… too much of a good thing isn’t always a good thing. I have a habit of saying yes to too many good things, and before I know it, my plate is overflowing. 🫠 My spring season is going to be spent practicing an emptier plate. What about you? 🫶🏻

The most beautiful time of year at the orchard is almost here—apple trees in full bloom! 🌸🍎 It’s looking like perfect timing for our Spring Festival on April 18th, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.

“Good things take time to grow”, is such a hopeful and true message, but it can also be the most frustrating thing to hear when you want and need results. Massage is the same way. It’s hopeful, and the methods work, but it takes time and it can be frustrating when you want and need relief.

I wish massage was a one-time fix all, but that’s not how our bodies are designed. Our bodies are carrying years of experience, injuries, compensations and more, and it takes time to unravel those threads. It’s in regular practice that we find a consistent momentum toward change.

The first step is sometimes the hardest to take, but the best day to start is today. 🌱✨

Living life with your shoulders up to your ears? Same… 🫠 In my experience, it is a frustrating habit to break, and it can feel like it takes just as long to break as it did to form. But like anything, practice makes perfect! ✨🌞
