Community Development Inc. Community Development Inc. is a certified Mental Health Provider offering services ranging from Adul Oma Hibbler. Since then, in 2017, Community Development Inc.

originated back in 1994 as a Child Care Facility under the leadership of our founder and CEO Mrs. In the early 2000’s, her vision shifted to provide services and supports to the elderly and disabled population. With that vision, programs such as Adult Day, Assisted Living, and Rural General Public Transit were introduced. became a certified Mental Health provider. Providing services to the ID/DD population offering six new services. Day Services Adult, Prevocational, and Supervised Living, and Supported Living to mention a few. Under Mrs. Hibbler’s leadership and vision, countless employment opportunities have been made available, and an unmatched service and support system to aid our population in feeing their best while in the community. At Community Development Inc., we understand that everyone’s route to health and wellness looks differently as everyone recuperates in their own unique way. We are certain that everyone who travels this road to wellness and independence deserves to have a voice and to be treated with respect and empowerment to make the decisions that are best for them. Case Manager - Homeless Program

Position Summary

The Case Manager provides direct support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This position is responsible for assessing client needs, developing individualized service plans, linking clients to housing and supportive services, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. The Case Manager plays a critical role in helping clients achieve housing stability, self sufficiency, and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Assessment
Conduct intake assessments to determine eligibility and immediate needs. Establish individualized service plans with measurable goals.
Build trusting, professional relationships with clients while maintaining appropriate boundaries.

Service Coordination & Advocacy
Connect clients with housing opportunities, medical care, behavioral health, substance use treatment, employment, education, and social services. Assist clients in applying for benefits (e.g., Medicaid, SNAP, SSI/SSDI, VA). Advocate for clients with landlords, service providers, and community partners.

Housing Stability Support
Provide housing search assistance, landlord mediation, and lease negotiations. Conduct regular home visits to monitor housing stability and assess ongoing needs. Implement eviction prevention and crisis intervention strategies.

Case Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and timely case notes, service plans, and progress updates. Input and manage client information in HMIS (Homeless Management Information System). Ensure compliance with HUD, ESG, Continuum of Care, and agency standards.

Life Skills & Supportive Services
Teach essential life skills including budgeting, nutrition, and tenant rights. Support employment readiness, job search, and workforce development efforts. Provide or coordinate transportation, healthcare access, and daily living support.

Program Collaboration & Community Engagement
Participate in Coordinated Entry and case conferencing processes.
Collaborate with shelters, outreach teams, local coalitions, and community partners. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field (preferred). Two (2) years' experience working with homeless or vulnerable populations. Knowledge of housing resources, supportive services, and benefits systems. Strong communication, crisis management, and advocacy skills. Proficiency in HMIS or similar case management databases (preferred). Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Work Environment
Combination of office, community, and client home settings.
Regular travel within service area. May require flexible schedule including evenings or weekends depending on client needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Clerk to support our finance department with daily accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential financial information.

Key Responsibilities

-Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
-Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
-Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
-Prepare financial documents, reports, and spreadsheets
-File and organize financial records in compliance with company policies
-Support month-end and year-end closing activities
-Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters

Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
-Previous experience in a financial, accounting, or clerical role preferred
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Basic knowledge of accounting principles
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
