Rock Steady is a non-contact, boxing-inspired exercise program designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s. Each class focuses on building strength and improving everyday function through guided movement.

Every spring, the Ridgecrest Regional Hospital Foundation hosts a commemorative butterfly release where hundreds of Painted Lady butterflies take flight in honor of loved ones. Now in its 16th year, the event has become one of the Indian Wells Valley's most cherished traditions.
