This month, we are pleased to welcome Amy Fuller, Director of Food and Nutritional Services at RRH and Bella Serra. Mrs. Fuller holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a registered dietitian. She will be discussing carbohydrate counting and how to effectively interpret food labels. We hope to see you on Thursday, March 26 at 5:30 PM.

Exploring the Five Senses: Sound 🎶

Sandra Brown, Director of Community Outreach, concluded her engaging lessons on the five senses with a hands-on session centered on sound. From learning the alphabet in sign language to crafting musical instruments, participants experienced how we communicate.
