Trainer tip from Sam today!
As easy as it is to say, it can be just as challenging to stay hydrated. Drink water. Water has all kinds of benefits, many of which you can feel when done with consistency. It aids in digestion, keeps skin youthful, aids in weight loss, keeps the brain functioning and able to focus, along with a whole host of other benefits. Make it a habit to just carry a bottle of water around with you. This encourages you to sip frequently. Our bodies are 50-65% water and require keeping it there in order to function properly. When we aren't feeling well, we are told to drink water, flush the toxins. Tea, soup, fruit, whatever the suggestion is, you can bet the base of it is water, getting and keeping hydrated. π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§π§
