🟣 Tenure: 14 months
🟣 Favorite Thing About Working at SpecialtyRx: The people. I really enjoy collaborating with pharmacy techs, nurses, providers, and other pharmacists to reach a common goal of optimizing patient care. I also love working with them because we have fun at work!
🟣 Fun Fact: I completed my Bachelor's degree at the University of Alabama and my PharmD at Auburn University. This is a big rivalry in the south, and I graduated from both. Roll tide forever, though!

The next feature in our Leadership Spotlight Series highlights Jen Krause, who shares the innovation she’s most proud to have led at SpecialtyRx.

"When you've been at SpecialtyRx as long as I have, it feels like you've been a part of so many amazing changes that have helped bring the company to where it is today. But the one thing that I like to feel personally responsible for is the implementation and growth of the Quality Assurance department.

Quality Assurance was created to give our Account Management team a single outlet to filter all their information through. Instead of information being scattered throughout departments and different Customer Service Support staff, we created a path and a team to listen to all the feedback and take a more proactive approach to meeting our customers' needs.

Today, the Quality Assurance department has expanded to each SpecialtyRx Hub, being championed by some of our most dedicated and loyal team members. They are constantly expanding their knowledge base and skill set and continue to develop relationships not only with our incredible Account Executive team but with the facility leadership and regional staff as well.

While my role within SpecialtyRx has moved beyond QA, it will always remain near and dear to my heart, and I remain in constant communication with the QA leaders to guide and assist in any way I can."
