Yoga Community Hike #1 was a hit! We were so busy getting to know one another a little better that we didn’t even regret not posing for any photos…we were in the flow and spirit of the day.
Beautiful bucolic country roads in Fairfield Cty CT and Upper Westchester CTY NY passing by many horse farms, equestrians, and even Maurice Sendak’s former home (Where the Wild Things Are).

Looking forward to Yoga Community Hike #2 next Wednesday June 18th 10 am in the forest of Sturges Park CT and Mountain Lakes Park NY.
