I’m so excited to announce Chi-Lates has been a big hit — where East meets West in mindful movement! This brand-new class blends the flowing energy of Qigong and Tai Chi with the core strength and alignment of Pilates.
Hosted at East Ridgefield CrossFit and taught by Joellene @ Breath Of Qigong/Meditation in Motion and by Anna Initiative.

Our Monday evening Chi·Lates series at Ridgefield Physical Therapy has been such a wonderful success! 💫 This unique East-meets-West fusion of Qigong, Tai Chi Flow, and Pilates has brought incredible energy, balance, spinal enlightenment, and core strength to everyone participating — all designed with your overall wellness in mind.

We’re so grateful for everyone who joined us for this new series — the feedback and enthusiasm have been amazing! 🫶

✨ Stay tuned! The next Chi·Lates series begins in November, and sign-ups will be released this week. Spots fill quickly, so keep a watchful eye right here for when registration opens.
