It's not genetics. It's not even great coaching. The most important factor in athletic development is whether kids actually enjoy the process.

Fun is the glue that makes everything stick. When kids love what they're doing, they practice more, they push themselves harder, and they stick with it longer.

The best programs I've seen make hard work feel like play. They challenge kids while keeping them engaged and excited to come back.

Because here's the truth: the most talented kid who hates training will always lose to the less talented kid who loves it.
