Coaching for Creating and Sustaining Healthy Eating
This program is for those looking to implement healthy eating habits and eliminate bad eating habits. Each client will be given a baseline macro nutrition code to build upon throughout the six weeks. This is for people who are looking for guidance, support and accountability in what can seem like an overwhelming process. The first meeting is 45 minutes with the remaining five meetings scheduled for 30 minutes each. Coaching to Implement Exercise
This program is designed for those looking to start an exercise program. The client is ready to take action and just needs the structure to get started. Using motivational interviewing techniques, I guide clients to create very specific weekly goals and keep them accountable at our weekly meetings. Coaching to Self Care
This program is designed for clients who realize that self-care is a priority and not a luxury. Accountability Coaching -
Personal coaching is conducted over the phone in 30-minute time frames. This service is best suited for those who know what they have to do and just need structure and support to incorporate behaviors to make life changes. Using powerful questions and motivational interviewing techniques, I help clients create a focus and thereby goals. Coaching is best suited for anyone who likes taking initiative, having accountability and support.
