Meet our team!
(Dr. Kelly)earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. She is the owner and co-director of the Raymond Educational Center. She has extensive training in the Orton-Gillingham method. Dr. Raymond specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of students with learning disabilities, such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and nonverbal learning disabilities. Dr. Raymond has worked in both public schools and private school for the past 25 years. She served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction and the Co-Director of Summer Prospects at the Prospect School at Wooster, a school for students with language-based learning disabilities, where she designed and diversified curriculum to meet the individual needs of each student. Dr. Raymond is currently the Lower School Learning Specialist at Greens Farms Academy.

Dr. Randall Raymond is the founder of the Raymond Educational Center. He earned his Ph.D. in School Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and NLP coach. Dr. Raymond has specialized in evaluating students' learning styles and developing individualized programs to help them succeed. Dr. Raymond has over 25 years of experience helping individuals of all ages realize their potential. From young students, to high level executives, Dr. Raymond has helped them to access their inner power and make their dreams come true.
