You Can Heal.

You can overcome a chronic illness.

Mind over matter is powerful.

Your spirit is powerful

And your cells are always listening.

Create your own mantra and say it several times daily.

Say your name, you are not your illness. You are spirit. You are stronger than this. You can overcome this.

Or create one powerful statement.

“There’s nothing you can do.” I challenge this.

The other day I went to the doctor.

To be honest, these days I don’t go to the doctor often with health issues.

Since I overcame my chronic illness in 2010, I have been very healthy and since this is what I do, help my clients to overcome chronic health issues holistically (mind, body, and spirit) and through natural ways and natural remedies, I normally know how to treat myself.

But I had an issue that I just wanted to have checked just in case so I went to the doctor.

To my surprise when I said, “What can I do about this? How do I get it to go away?”

She said, “There’s nothing you can do.”

She must have seen my eyes dart from side to side in confusion.

“I know this isn’t what you wanted to hear,” she said.

No, it absolutely wasn’t. I waited 3 weeks to see her only to be told there was nothing to do, just accept it.

I had been treated like this when I had my chronic illness for 15 years but since my health has been good since then I haven’t received these ridiculous statements anymore.

As a holistic practitioner, I know there is a root cause for every chronic health condition and if you understand that you can treat it naturally.

I was so surprised to hear this from a female doctor!

I would have preferred that she said that she didn’t know but she would refer me to someone who could help me.

So I walked out of there thinking, Khristee you can heal yourself. You can figure out the root cause like you did for your 15-years illness and you can overcome this too.

After all, this wasn’t nearly as serious as the symptoms I experienced during my illness.

So now, I’m doing the work. I am researching, looking into alternative clinics and have already gotten some clarity as what to do.

Did you know that even if you’ve had a chronic illness for years that you can overcome it?

Did you know that even if you’ve received a diagnosis that doesn’t mean you can’t overcome it?

Did you know that it’s possible to overcome health issues naturally?

It’s true.

I had a chronic illness for 15 years.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

I overcame it naturally.

I have been well now for over 15 years.

I hope this inspires you.
