Here’s 1 of the many postural exercises you can do at home to help with neck and shoulder pain.
Long hours sitting can lead to poor posture and overworked upper trap muscles. This stretch is best done sitting down, focusing on staying tall and keeping your shoulders relaxed.
✔️ Do on both sides
✔️ Hold for about 3 seconds
✔️ Aim for 3 sets of 10 reps per side
Simple movements like this can help reduce tension, improve posture awareness, and give your neck and shoulders some relief.
