Leads Way Therapeutic Services is hiring positive and motivated Coaches to work with youth in school, home, and community settings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring youth and helping them develop positive behaviors, social skills, and confidence.
As a Coach, you will work one-on-one with youth providing PRS (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) and Behavioral services to help them improve decision-making, behavior, and daily life skills. Coaches serve as positive role models and help youth succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

• Enjoys working with youth

• Can be a strong role model
• Is dependable and professional
• Works well independently
• Has experience working with children (preferred but not required)
