When you challenge convention, when you are an industry disruptor, you are always opposed. This is even true with the fitness industry, which I find comical.

Tens of millions of people work out at home, or at a gym and after six months or year end up quitting after seeing close to zero results. It's not because they're lazy, it's because for a given period of time they follow conventional advice and get nowhere.

How many people really see DRASTIC fitness results? How many people are stopped on the street and questioned: "How did you get to be in such GREAT shape?" Is the answer 1%? Maybe 1/10th of 1%? Much of the advice that you see on social media in fitness programming is counterproductive. Some of the things were proven wrong over 40 years ago, and people that have spent a lifetime advocating these incorrect things just have no idea.

I was first a disruptor in the medical industry. I presented the end of a disease that kills as many people as breast cancer does with a simple solution. I am doing it again in fitness. Being lean, being strong, having perfectly developed muscle is really not that complicated at all. Stay tuned.

X3 is spreading all over the world, not because of hype, but because of efficiency & muscle growth that athletes and regular people keep recording. It’s changing the way that strength and conditioning is done, and is becoming noticed by the experts in strength and conditioning.

I got the opportunity to train some of the players from the Miami Heat & saw first hand how this would impact their strength, and even more importantly, their game. crushed it with 30+ reps on tricep push down.

The device is still in its infancy, but already professional athletes are leveraging its power. This points out it’s superiority over other fitness products. Guess how many other home fitness products the Miami Heat uses… None. We’re just getting started. 👊
