🎥 In this video, our patient is being treated for scapular pain that presented as a burning sensation with occasional tingling along the medial border of the shoulder blade, and occasional shooting pain into the shoulder joint.

We used trigger point dry needling as part of her treatment, along with a program focused on postural strengthening and mobility exercises for the spine and scapula. These were tailored to address imbalances caused by job-related posturing.
